Foundations Lab Registration
Six weeks. One real conversation. A new way to meet what happens next.
Bring a conversation(s) that keeps going the same way. Not well. In a small, trusted group, you’ll learn to notice what happens in the moment before you respond, and practice what becomes possible when you reclaim those moments.
We don’t promise better. We promise different, and a way to see for yourself.
What is the TQ Foundations Lab?
TQ Labs are a place to build your capacity to "reorganize at a pressure threshold" — that is, to uncover new possibilities right when things get tough, right when it seems to be "him/her or me, them or us."
The name we give this threshold work is "holding the gap."
The labs provide a thoughtful, supported setting. Each Lab offers structured experiential learning, reflection, and real conversations—helping you deepen that capacity you already have but tend to only occasionally put to use when things "accidentally come together." You probably haven't even noticed its patterns or given it a name yet. The labs help with this. So you can access it more routinely over time and see what it can do for your own life.
The TQ Foundations Lab has no financial cost, but we are gathering data on our courses so ask participants to contribute honestly to our anonymized data collection.
Getting Started:
- Register and get your own lab ID;
- Participate weekly for 6 weeks (with field work tasks between sessions)
- Contribute to our data collection by completing Lab Logs for each session.
(Lab data is anonymized and never shared with third parties)

- You will also be automatically added to our Foundations Lab list
- You can opt out with one click at any time.
- ADDITIONALLY: You can participate in as many Foundations Lab sessions as you would like beyond your originall commitment to the 6 session you signed up for.
