High-performance coaching is for those ready to up their game, are at a pivot point in their career, or find themselves having to handle a major life set-back.
A Fundamental Upgrade — This might mean breaking bad habits or adding new life skills to your habitual go-tos. Or perhaps because you are ready to fine-tune them, and this is all but impossible to do without help from the outside.

First, starting with the obvious: we are all called to be leaders. After all, we are the only ones who can lead our own lives.
Second, we are social animals and we create groups and organizations so we can do more, better, together.
When we have leadership titles we become a pivot point in our organizations.
At both the personal and organizational levels, your effectiveness rests with YOU. It’s as simple as that. You make all the difference in the world for which you are central.

High performance does not mean working harder or longer. While hard work may well be part of the big picture, high performance is about strategic, meaningful improvement.

Goals are spoken about so often that we begin to feel like we really do know what we want. But first off, our goals, large and small, should always be in flux to some degree. So yes, we do need to be good with goals, something most are not. Not just bad at reaching them (check out New Year’s resolutions) but even worse at setting them.
We don’t presume you are good at setting goals that really matter. Perhaps your check list for the day, but meaningful goals are not that simple.
